The challenge
Vaccination scheduling in Nevada was fragmented and phone-heavy. Speed mattered — but quality couldn't be the trade.
Approach
- 01Designed a public-facing scheduler that walks residents through eligibility, screening and insurance verification in a few clear steps.
- 02Built role-based portals for event managers, vaccinators, program admins and call-center staff — each seeing only what they need.
- 03Scaled the COVID flow into a multi-vaccine architecture without rebuilding from scratch.
