The challenge
Building owners had no centralized view of energy data. The problem wasn't a lack of data — it was too much. Dense, multi-layered records had to become legible, navigable and actually useful.
Approach
- 01Anchored the design in information architecture — properties, projects, funding, measures, support tickets, all in one mental map.
- 02Designed dashboards that surface signal over noise, with progressive depth for power users.
- 03Integrated Salesforce Chatter for two-way stakeholder communication without breaking the visual system.
